Creativity and to enjoy the activity makes a big difference in the student progressing. Sewing, embroidery, dressmaking, calligraphy, poetry, paper crafts. I have found this in my own research into different creative styles and techniques, learn by imitation. Learning is a constant joy. When teaching I like to share my fascination and passion for the subject, if the student can find the joy, they will progress much faster.
