Experience
Hi! I'm Brett. I am from the United States and am moving to Hamburg at the end of September 2017 to work as an English teaching freelancer. I have experience as an English teacher from working at the Freie Waldorfshule Schwerin for the 2015-2016 school year and prior to that I worked for an elementary school in Cullowhee North Carolina with students who could not speak English. I found that when I was helping people with their English by speaking with them (learning by doing) it was very enjoyable and helped me to bond and make new friends, while also helping others. I have worked with ages 4-20 years old. While attending Southwestern Community College, in Cullowhee North Carolina, I mainly focused on English courses. I am knowledgeable about studying with both English books, verbal practice for school, business English, and simple conversational English.
